Here are some of my recent experiences with the Rogers
Company, I will post any updates with my experiences with Rogers,
good or bad. But not that this site will primarily be about bad
experiences mainly because I have not had anything but bad
experiences with Rogers recently.
Anyone who does not have Rogers and is thinking of using them or switching to them, my recommendation is simple: DONT, for anyone who has them my recommendation is also simple: SWITCH NOW.
In summary of these quick recent experiences, I have been a loyal customer of 7 years and am being treated like garbage. The customer support is generally useless, or simply refuses to help. There is no help within the organization you can seek and you will just be scammed into extending your never-ending contract.
The one good note I have, is that any of the in-person people at a Rogers store, has actually tried their best to help me, but unfortunately customer support puts a stop to their efforts.
